I have a busy schedule. Can you work with me so I can get a quote?


Yes, we can provide you with a preliminary estimate over e-mail. We would need a few photographs of the damaged areas, year, make, and model of your vehicle and a brief description of what you need us to do (i.e., repair collision damage, repaint portions of the car, install aftermarket parts). E-mail gives you the freedom to deal with the issue when it is most convenient to you.

 

Do you process insurance claims?


We can perform insurance claim repairs and work with your insurance agent. Sometimes, it is advisable to talk to us before meeting with the adjuster as we are able to point out some hidden damages that only experienced repairman can notice. An accurate estimate will dramatically reduce the repair time and remove frustration out of the process.

 

How much experience do you have?


Our team of certified technicians have been in the industry for over 20 years. Our certifications include I-CAR and DuPont® Automotive Painter Certifications along with various accredited college and professional school training.

 

Do I have to take my car to an insurance approved repair shop?


No you do not. All Texas auto insurance policy holders are free to have their vehicles repaired at the repair facility of their choice. The insurance agent may recommend shops, but are in no way allowed to influence your decision as it is against Texas law. Your car - you choose where to take it.

 

Do you provide pickup and delivery?

 

Yes, we can pick up and deliver your repaired vehicle to make it more convenient to you. Out-of-town vehicles can benefit from discounted rates provided by our trucking company partners. A scheduled appointment will be necessary.
